Gray color

      I told derivation of color at the previous articles, but I did not mention about the derivation of gray colors. When we mention about the Grey color, it comes to our mind tonal values between the black and white.
So how is it obtained the gray tones. Grayscale is obtained from a mixture of white and black together. So we lighten the color black with white. If we add the more white to the black color , we also achieve the more light gray. I told how the black color is obtained in the previous articles. As black is obtained by mixing two complementary color with one another, it is also obtained by mixing three main colors with each other. Blue and yellow was complementary colors of each other, when we mix this two colors one to another then we obtain black color. after that, when we add the white color to the mixture, we get gray color.

• Blue + Yellow + White = Grey color

We can also use another complementary colors:

• Orange + ultramarine blue + White = Grey color
• Red + cyan blue + White = Grey color
• Karmen red + emerald green + White = Grey color
• Magenta + Green + White = Grey color
• Violet + Light green + White = Grey color

   Black can be Obtained from primary colors, mix three primary colors with each other. After that, when we add the white color to the mixture, we get gray color.

• Magenta + Cyan + Yellow + White = Grey color

as shown, it is very easy to get gray.

50% of white color inside of the mixture is Gray.

   An art teacher named Emilio Sala, fifty percent of the gray is white and has also been adopted in general. What does that mean? The meaning of this word, if you mix any color to the white color as much as itself you obtain gray color. This gray happens a colored gray other than black and white gray now. Already forming the color gray is white, we have described above. But without creating gray, we also need white to lighten other colors. If we add a small amount of white inside of the mixture than the color itself that we use. It is clear that we can lighten the color without color is gray.

50% of Black color inside of the mixture is Gray

If you mix any color to the black color as much as itself you obtain gray color. It is obvious that this gray will be a colored gray other than black and white gray.
