Object's color by absorption and reflection of light

All objects absorb and reflect colors of light when they are illuminated with light. After absorbtion the color of  light of objects, they increase their energies and they warm up. When they absorb the color of light much more then before, they also warm up much more then before.

Why are objects being in various colors while there is light in their environment. Why is tomato red , cucumber green, banana yellow?  The answer, it stems from the objects that they absorb and reflect the colors of light. Tomatoes are red, because when we illuminate the tomato with light, tomato absorbs the green and blue colors but reflects the red color of light. We say tomato is red when we see this reflected red color of the tomato.
likewise cucumber is green,  because when we illuminate the cucumber with light, cucumber absorbs the red and blue colors but reflects the green color of light. We say cucumber is green when we see this reflected green color of the cucumber.
likewise banana is yellow,  because when we illuminate the banana with light, banana absorbs the  blue color but reflects the green and red colors of light. We say banana is yellow when we see this reflected green and red colors of the banana. I explained before, why are the mixture of red and green being yellow.
some objects are black, because when we illuminate that object with light, object absorbs all colors and not reflects any color of light. We say object is black when we do not see any reflected colors of the object.
some objects are white, because when we illuminate that object with light, object does not absorb any colors but reflects all colors of light. We say object is white when we see all reflected colors of the object. Because when we mix all colors we obtain white color. read the article of color theory .
Secondary colors are brighter and more vibrant then main colors. we obtain the secondary colors, (magenta yellow and cyan,) from main colors,( red, green and blue.) For instance Yellow is brighter and vibrant then red and green because we obtain the yellow from red and green mixing them each other. Magenta is brighter and vibrant then red and blue colors because we obtain the magenta color from red and blue colors mixing them each other. likewise cyan is brighter and vibrant then blue and green colors because we obtain the cyan from blue and green colors mixing them each other. white is most brighter and vibrant than all colors because white is obtain from all colors mixing them each other and  all colors come to the eye that they are reflected from the object.

Light, color and pigments

When painting with pigment colors we can not achive secondary colors (magenta, cyan and yellow) from main colors (red, green and blue) mixing them each other. Instead of using main colors to obtain secondery colors, we use secondary colors to obtain main colors. If we obtain red, green and blue from the magenta, yellow and cyan colors while using pigment colors,  then we accept the colors of magenta, cyan and yellow as a main colors of pigment colors.

so that
  • Mixing Cyan blue with yellow color gives Green color.
  • Mixing Cyan blue with magenta color gives Blue color.
  • Mixing Magenta with yellow color gives Red color.
